Nuevo firmaware para 5D y 1D Mark

Canon ha publicado dos actualizaciones de Firmware para la EOS 5D y la EOS 1D Mark II N.
El firmware de la 5D solventa algunos problemas de comunicación con el flash, bugs relativos a su uso con el EOS Capture e incorpora compatibilidad con las nuevas impresoras de Canon.
Por su parte la actualización de la 1D Mark II N solamente actualiza la compatibilidad con las nuevas impresoras de la marca si usamos la opción de Direct Printing.

Están bastante documentados los "problemas" de la 5D...

Yo lo que veo es que vienen nuevas impresoras en la gama alta, con la 9500 como tope, con ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡10 TINTAS!!!!!!!, a ver el precio de salida y los resultados de las impresoras.

La 9000 lleva "solo" 7 tintas.

Version 1.0.5 changes:

Fixes the phenomenon where the images are monochrome.
When selecting [Standard] in the Picture Style setting, and a maximum value of +4 in Color Density, some images taken with the sRGB color space setting could become low-saturation and monochrome-like images.
In addition to [Standard] in the Picture Style, [Clear] and [Twilight] modes that are provided for download from the Canon Web site may also have this problem.
Fixes the phenomenon where the shutter cannot be released when using the EOS 5D + EF85mm F1.2L + Speedlite580EX.
This malfunction could happen with some lenses or flashes other than this model. For EOS 5D units that contain 1 in the fifth digit of the body number (e.g., XXXX1XXXXX), the correction will not be reflected even if the firmware is updated to Version 1.0.5.
If you have an affected product that you would like to have fixed, please contact the nearest Canon Service Center. In addition, for products that have been repaired at our service center in the past, updating the firmware to Version 1.1.0 will retain these correction.

Yo tengo la version 1.0.5 y mi numero de serie tiene ese 1 en la 5ta posicion. ¿Que me puede pasar si actualizo a la 1.1.0?
