No me convence E-Infinity . Les pregunto:
"Estoy interesado en Cámara digital SLR EOS 80D + 18-135 mm f / 3.5-5.6 IS USM Lens, y quisiera saber si el precio de 899€ es definitivo, transporte y aduanas incluído. También quisiera saber si envían factura, y si la garantía la podría hacer efectiva en Barcelona en caso de tener algún problema. Gracias por su atención."
Me responden:
"Thanks for your email.
We're sorry to let you know that our shipping service to Spain is temporarily suspended.
You may have to check with another seller".
Un segundo mail:
"Apologize for the mistake.
We ship to Spain without extra postage.
The price on our website is final and there won't be any taxes or duties to pay when the product arrives. There is nothing for you to worry about.
You may expect your order in 5-10 working days after cleared payment/
Should you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us again."
Les vuelvo a preguntar por que no me hablan de la factura:
"Me envían la factura en el mismo paquete que la cámara, o la tengo que descargar de la web una vez realice el pago?"
A lo que me responden:
"Our company is based outside EU and all prices we charged are without VAT and other European taxes. Unfortunately we won't be able to supply VAT invoices for orders.
However, we will be able to issue regular receipt for purchase. It will be sent to you after you have received your item.
Should you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us again."
De lo que deduzco que no me van a enviar ninguna factura, que es lo que hace la cámara legalmente mía, a efectos fiscales, legales y de garantía en el Servicio Técnico Oficial de la marca, por tanto me quedo con una cámara que si me falla, me tengo que aguantar o pagar para repararla (si me la quieren reparar en el SAT). Por tanto, a mí no me venderán ninguna. Dejo esto aquí por si a alguien se le ocurre comprar, que sepa claramente las condiciones.
