yo tambien estoy de acuerdo en que no se multiplica y ademas es simplemente evidente, ha habido muchas explicaciones por aqui y no voy a repetirlas pero baste decir que la distancia focal es la distancia focal sea la camara que sea y el factor de recorte es el factor de recorte

Nobody's saying that the lens is altered or that the shake as recorded on the sensor is any greater in an APS-C sensor than it is in a FF sensor. But the result of the 1.6x greater magnification needed to get a nominal print magnifies the shake by 1.6x as well. End result, like everyone's saying, you need to multiply your FF safe shutter speed by 1.6 to get a ballpark figure for the APS-C safe shutter speed.
