¿Cómo puede alguien subir cientos de fotos en un post de crítica si no es para promocionarse gratis? y más cuando ni siquiera habla o entiende el idioma del foro.

I don't use RAW. I remove noise, adjust the white balance, contrast. I also sharpen the image a bit.

La mayoría de fotógrafos son tontos, no sé porqué utilizan mayoritariamente, en fútbol, el 400 f/2,8 si con un 200 pueden obtener menor profundidad de campo.

Lo que más me cab... no es que inunde de fotos un post de crítica, sino en que haya alguien que pueda pensar y adquirir un 200 f/2,8 creyendo que con ello le saldrán de la cámara imágenes como las que se muestran.

Y no, no pienso traducirlo al inglés.

A long time ago I used 70-200 2.8 L USM with 30D or 50D cameras. Now I use a 300mm 2.8 L IS USM, but with a full frame camera - 6D.
Both configuration gives a similar close-up. Full frame gives a much smaller DOF, better blurred background, when players are close. Sometimes I cut images just a little. Sometimes I cut the shots very much.
Strong cropping helps to remove unwanted elements from photos. Picture without these disturbing elements is nicer.

On my personal site, very often show origital and cropped photos. So everyone can compare them.
Everything is important for the final result. You have to choose a good place next to the pitch.
I recommend everyone to sit as low as possible. You have to pay attention to what is in the background. Ideally, when the players are very distant from the background. I would like to ask you which ISO value is the maximum you realised is good for a low light condition. I have the 6D as well and I will probably shoot some football matches this season and I would like to know how good is the noise vs ISO in the 6D before I fail shooting the first match.

I like that 6D + 300 2.8 combo, I would love to have that lens, but I have to face that its gonna be impossible to get it xD.

6D is a little slow, but it has a very good image quality.
The football stadium in my town has very good lighting. In the evening I use only ISO 1600 and I have times between 1 / 800-1 / 1250. It's enough to freeze the motion. At ISO 1600 the quality is perfect. You can easily crop images without loss of quality. At the old stadium, where there was worse lighting, I used ISO 2000.
In other situations, I use a much higher ISO. On the handball match, I used light lens 100mm 2.0 USM , but I had to use ISO 8000. There was very dark. In the theater I used ISO 12800, and I had only 1/125.
I have dark, short lens 17-40mm 4.0. When I shoot him in the matches of basketball I use ISO 6400.
It is difficult to say what the ISO is acceptable.
My wife took pictures of the church. She used ISO 25600 - quality was average. It was not bad, but the pictures were not very impressive. Pictures of ISO 12800 in the theater look good, but it would be difficult crop.

Totalmente de acuerdo en todo, especialmente en lo que respecta al idioma. Me parece una falta de educación participar en inglés en un foro cuyo idioma es el castellano, máxime cuando para entenderse sólo hay que tomarse la molestia de usar un traductor

Este tipo de cosas es la que hace a gente que participa en el foro quitarle las ganas de seguir haciendolo.
Yo disfruto cada vez que cuelga una serie de fotos y me compensa el tener que entenderlo a base de usar el traductor. Este hombre es polaco y seguramente habrá menos errores de comprensión a la hora de usar el traductor del ingles al castellano que del polaco al castellano, porque el traductor no es perfecto.

Para los que critican este post y su usuario:
- 1º) Ya que aporta fotografías de diferentes partidos, hace un gran favor al foro usando siempre el mismo post, ya que si cada vez que quiere aportar algo crea un post nuevo como hacen algunos, nos encontraríamos con una primera página repleta de sus fotos y llevando a páginas secundarias otras aportaciones.
- 2º) Me hace gracia que se insinúe que lo que hace es promocionarse, cuando está colgando los links directos de las imágenes sin redirecciones ni nada. Solamente le he puesto poner algún link de su web en momentos determinados. Ni siquiera tiene una firma en la que ponga enlaces ni nada. Él lo ha dicho, acude a este foro porque le gusta lo que ve y aporta lo que hace, cualquiera es libre de criticar o no su trabajo, ahora bien, él comenta que no entiende ni papa de español y que por tanto si alguien quiere dirigirse a él específicamente sobre su trabajo lo haga en inglés ya que será todo más fácil. Yo lo hago y con un par de preguntas ya tengo referencia de como trabaja y eso que le agradezco.
- 3º) El idioma. Pues sí, es un foro español, es obvio, pero una cosa es que él venga a preguntar dudas o plantear problemas en inglés y él se queje, y otra bien distinta es que él aporte fotografías, bastante buenas algunas por cierto, de fútbol (algo poco visto por aquí) con datos de tomas y que la gente se queje porque el pobre hombre no tiene ni idea de español. Vamos es de traca. Al que le interese saber algo, pues si realmente le interesa, lo pone en inglés como buenamente pueda, como yo he hecho, y el que solamente quiera ver las fotos y dar su opinión, que lo ponga como quiera y ya está. Nadie está haciendo daño a nadie. Además, qué coño, que es inglés, el idioma más internacional del Mundo, ni que estuviese hablando en un dialecto de un pueblo de Polonia joer.... A veces es que la gente parece que se queja por vicio, y como dice Asanber, de esta forma lo que se consigue es que la gente que aporta de forma continuada y material de calidad se le quiten las ganas.
