As I can read in your post, you may be in a mistake. Subforum "Transporte" is not a project, it is a place where you can read and write about photographic camera bags and backpacks, I mean, any accesory you can use to carry your photographic equipment across the world.
And about your question... to send a private message to any member, you can do it by yourself clicking the button with the image 
you can see at the bottom of any message posted by that person.
